Leslie N. Fountain is a graduate student at Claremont Lincoln University currently in the capstone period of her Master of Arts in Social Impact program. Public Empire is a part of her capstone action research, studying the impact of communications media for social impact on a focus group of stakeholders in the Inland Empire.
